Items must be returned in their original packaging, unused, and in the same condition as received.

To start a return, visit our website’s Order Status page, enter your email address and order number, select the items and reason for return, and submit your request.

Once approved, you will receive a return shipping label and full instructions.

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 3 working days after we receive and inspect the item.

Damaged or Faulty Goods
We take great care in packaging, but if your order arrives damaged:

Provide your order number and clear photos of the damaged goods (or upload them via our website).

Once approved, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 3 working days.
Exchanges
If you’d like to exchange an item:

Select the item you wish to exchange and choose your replacement.
